OptiShield Warranty Information
Opti Temp Inc. provides a 7 day conditional "Date of Receipt" return policy. If a customer receives an item and decides the item is not what they need, the purchaser will pay the shipping charges to return the item to Opti Temp Inc. and a 25% re-stocking fee will apply. Only un-opened product will be accepted. Customer will also be responsible for proper packaging for return of product(s). Should improper packaging cause irreversible damages (as determined by carrier), causing total loss, customer will be responsible for the full price of the product.
If an item is received damaged or non-functional customer will pay the shipping charges to return the item to Opti Temp Inc.. Upon receipt, Opti Temp technicians will examine item, verify damages/problems claimed, and reimburse the shipping charges where warranted.
Opti Temp will provide a 90 day warranty of operation of all product sold. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping charges to return item(s) to Opti Temp. After verification of problem claimed, Opti Temp will replace or issue credit in the amount sold, plus shipping charges incurred by customer. Customer will provide a bill of lading as proof of shipping charges from the carrier.
Any and all warranty claims shall be made in writing within the warranty period by Certified U.S. Mail to Opti Temp Inc. , PO Box 5246, Traverse City, MI 48696.
